I have been waiting since March 9, 2018 for my Edge Router, Milli Dev Kit and Gen Wireless HW1/HW2. I have called multiple times to your support line, that have no clue on what products I am talking about. After numerous times calling, I heard one response saying "we will check on that and get back to later in the week" that was 3 weeks ago!
The worst part and the reason I am getting so irate is that you have already charged my account and taken my money!
Is this a just me thing or are other people having the same troubles I am?
