As of now only dev account access is available for developers community. You may use sudo command from dev account to install/uninstall/upgrade your applications and packaging (using snaps) or for any other administrative task.

Okay, how can I monitor traffic from router ? Will dev account be able to do that with any specific command ?
When I try sudo such as "sudo netstat -atp" the message is "Sorry, user dev is not allowed to execute...."

IoT Edge Router is running Linux Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (see https://releases.ubuntu.com/14.04/); specifically, the Armbian build (see http://www.armbian.com/olimex-lime-2/)

You may use tcpdump to monitor traffic.  Make sure you are logged in with dev user to use the same.

Refer user guide available at link

https://developer.ssni.com/content/iotedgerouter25guidepdf

where you can refer to section "Shell Access and Secure File Copying" for monitoring traffic.
